Returns - Refunds

We take care to ensure that the automation supplied on your order is suitable for the use you wish to put it to. If, using the information provided at the time of ordering, we consider the automation is not suitable then we will refuse to supply it.

We want you to be happy with your purchase and to come back to us time and again, secure in the knowledge that any problems will be dealt with quickly and politely.

We offer a 14 day return policy, so if you are not happy with the item you have purchased for any reason please let us know as soon as possible. We will either offer an exchange or refund. If there is a fault with the item the full amount will be refunded, if it is simply a change of mind then the postage won't be refunded, just the cost of the item.

If the equipment you wish to return is damaged or not in original state then refund in full will not be made.

Please return the item unused and in the condition that it was delivered.

Please return the item with its original packaging if possible

The product range we offer is technical in nature and is invariably a electrical device. We try to emphasise the importance of choosing the correct product and/or accessory is suitable for your needs. It has to be our policy to ensure that every item chosen is the correct one for the job.

If a customer will not accept our judgement on any aspect of the intended purchase for their project then - as a final resort - we will refuse to supply the item. We will decline the invitation to supply.

If any product is delivered in a damaged state we must be informed immediately - within 24 hrs and should be returned to base for a replacement.

We would expect to be informed by e-mail and /or telephone the reasons for a return.

A change of mind will result in a restocking charge for products in their unused, unpacked condition. Restocking charge is currently 20%

Refunds would be completed after inspection.
